Do you offer custom EVA foam decking for all boat types?
Yes, we specialize in high-performance EVA foam solutions for everything from personal watercraft to large commercial vessels. Using precise 3D scanning, we ensure a perfect fit for every deck layout.
What materials can your CNC machine cut?
Our industrial-grade CNC equipment is capable of cutting and engraving marine-grade foams, plastics, aluminum, wood, and advanced composites. This allows us to fabricate custom hardware with high technical precision.
How long does custom fabrication typically take?
Turnaround times vary based on project complexity. Standard CNC parts typically ship within 5–7 business days, while full-vessel EVA decking installations are completed in 10–14 days from initial scan to final delivery when materials are in stock. Projects requiring custom-ordered colors may take 6 - 7 weeks.
Do you offer professional installation for EVA decking?
We offer full-service professional installation across our primary service regions. For those out of area, we provide precision-cut DIY kits that include digital templates and industrial adhesive backings.
What is the warranty on your products and installs?
Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, unless otherwise stated in writing.
All OnDek marine eva foam decking products come with a 3-year limited warranty on material durability. Additionally, we provide a 1-year guarantee on our craftsmanship for all professional installations.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Improper use, neglect, or lack of maintenance

Damage caused by environmental conditions, accidents, or misuse

Unauthorized modifications or repairs
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by OnDek LLC.
Do you provide custom CNC solutions for non-marine projects?
While we specialize in marine applications, our CNC and EVA foam capabilities extend to ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, campers, and custom industrial prototypes that require technical precision and durability.
Are returns accepted?
Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Approved returns may be subject to restocking and shipping fees.
Will a proof be sent for approval prior to production?
Yes, all custom orders require client approval of proofs prior to production. By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for accuracy, including spelling, layout, and design, and acknowledge that all custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once produced, picked up, or delivered.
